laptop that was pre-loaded with MS Office 2010. Did not receive a product key #? advise??

Never received a product key # for Microsoft Office 2010, and according to my system it has been installed. How do I retrieve the code?

Hi,

If it's not the the trial version, then look in the original shipping documentation for the license key.

Did you even launch Office 2010?  If yes, then download winkeyfinder and see if the key was preloaded.

I've looked at all the paperwork that I received with the laptop and nothing. States on the installation page that it should have been in the box and actually shows an example, but nothing.

Yes, it just tells me I need a product key number. Where to find it, What it should look like, but I never received it.

Hi,

Check the shipping manifest and see it it has the key, which I doubt, or if fact it was even included with the order.

This should be your PC.  It doesn't have Office 2010 installed but Office Starter.
