microsoft office 2010 pre-instal led - product key

hpe9 1010a pheonix
i brought a hp computer and it has microsoft office 2010 on it but i need a product key,
was the key included with the computer or not?
i cant find it any were if it was mean to be.

Most new consumer HP computers come with a trial or "Starter" version. If you ordered a full version of Office 2010 with your computer, the product key should be included with your paperwork. If you didn't order a full version of Office 2010, you will need to purchase it at this time from a retailer, HP, or Microsoft.

For starter version product key is not available or required
While using the software, open it from start menu, then click on use button.
if not working, do recovery using recovery discs, back up the data before recovery

Hi lancecook,
Your PC shipped with Office Starter edition. If you want to unlock the full version, you can purchase the key online. Here is an HP Support document that talks about this and links you to the Microsoft site:
