HP Touchsmart-610 PC Series.
My mailbox is at it's capacity and I don't know how to change the settings. I'd like to reduce the size of the capacity.

Hi 456789,
What email application are you using? Is it Outlook Express, Hotmail, gmail, yahoo mail, or something else?

When you say you are trying to reduce the size of your capacity, are you saying you want to get rid of mail items that make your mailbox full? Or are you saying you physically want less capacity to store emails?
I'm not familiar with gctel.net mail, and can't find much info for it online. You may want to see if the mail system has a help menu built in. For the Yahoo mail, this site answers a lot of basic usage questions:

I hope this helps.
