Hi,
The first thing I would recommend is to download and run the relevant Norton Removal Tool for your particular Norton Product from the link below to ensure it has been completely removed.
After this has completed, restart the PC and check connectivity.
If you still have no connection, I would suggest uninstalling McAfee, restarting the PC and then reinstalling McAfee again.

Hi,
Norton will need to be completely removed before you reinstall McAfee, have you run the Norton Removal Tool mentioned in my previous post?

Hi,
From the Start Menu, open All Programs, open Accessories, right click the Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'. Into the prompt, type the following commands, hitting enter after each command. Include spaces in the commands where shown.
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
When complete, type exit and hit enter, then restart the PC and check connectivity.
If you can now connect Ok, reinstall McAfee, restart the PC and check again.
Regards,
DP-K
