I unplugged the four components to the power supply and it turns on and stays on until I plug in the four wires that leads to the other side of the board.  what does this power and can it be changed out and be fixable? it is not the hard disk, not the disk drive, not the plug with 20 wires coming out of. help....

 

I found out it is the 4 pin atx power connector.  what dose this power??? can it be replaced?? fixed??
