Giovanni, I am sorry to give you bad news, but a failed BIOS flash is not a recoverable condition. If it can be solved, which is questionable, you would have to contact HP Customer Service for help. I suggest using the online option.

Thanks for your help.
Let me tell you that i formated the HD and reinstalled windows 7, until now it is working but and i don´t know why, but i can´t enter the BIOS, so i don´t know if all is working properly.
Thanks again.

It may be a partial failed bios update, a hard reset can recover it sometimes, its worth a try.
Unplug the power cord and hold the power button in for 15 seconds, plug power back in, see if you get a bios post screen and boot.
If it is still dead, unplug the power cord and open the case, remove the cmos battery for 15 Minutes, reinsert the battery the same way it came out, close the case, plug in and if you get a bios screen immediately start tapping F10, enter the bios and set the Date and Time. exit saving changes, this step is important, don't skip it.
If these suggestions fail you will need a bios repair
Or a new Motherboard or PC, your choice.

If you get your PC up and running, then use the HP Support Assistant to locate the motherboard revision level. Revision level 1.04E01 is the most stable. If you don't have that revision level or higher then contact HP support if your PC is still under warranty.
