pci drivers for xp

recently bought a compaq presario CQ5210F and wanted to set up a dual boot with xp because there are some programs I have that have issues with windows 7. The problem I have is none of the pci devices are working including internet. The entries in the device manager are all yellow question marks. When I go to the support on hp the only drivers listed for this machine are windows 7 drivers....Any help would be appreciated....

Your computer shipped with Windows 7 64 bit operating system, if you are trying to install

Windows XP  64 bit operating system here are the drivers,

Chipset  >>  GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 chipset

(Note: LAN is integrated and chipset drivers will include its drivers)

Graphics: Geforce 6150SE

 Your computer shipped with LSI Liteon Modem which has no drivers which supports Windows xp.

If you are trying to install Windows XP 32 bit operating system drivers as below,

Chipset:

You may ignore one yellow exclamation mark under Device manager which you may notice even after installing above drivers, because it is regards to Modem card installed on your computer.
