I have a desktop PC Pavilion s3020la

With Windows Vista Premium Spanish Version preinstalled, I would like to find the drivers for this machine in order to downgrade to XP Pro Spanish.

Realtek RTL8101E is not the Lan Driver for this model, Please download PROXP.exe from Intel website: http://downloadmirror.intel.com/17906/a08/PROXP.exe this is the version 14.5

there is a new Version now 14.6

Once you have XP running well with all drivers installed, make an Image of hdd_to easily  restore later if needed_no more driver searches.I have been using Macrium  and it is very good. Will backup to external USB hdd, CD/DVD, network drive,etc. It also creates a bootable cd to boot from and restore your entire OS ,drivers ,programs and files in the event of problems.
