stuck at 35% after fixing bootmrg missing

now after fixing bootmrg i am getting error code 0sxe0ef000e  sigh*** I don't understand I did what I was told when I bought the PC why is the recovery soooo difficult

Are you doing the Recovery from disks or from the recovery partition on the hdd?
