Can you please be a little more clear about the issue you are just facing? What do you mean by when you are not in google chrome that the screen keeps going back to the welcome page?

What are you doing exactly? What other browsers do you have installed?

If I am in Yahoo chat the computer keeps sending me back to the welcome page,or if it is waiting for me to come on and open anything it keeps reverting back to the welcome page

I am still not understanding completly 100% what is the problem you are refering...

Where are you using the Yahoo chat? On internet explorer or any other web browser? In which browser are you getting the welcome page?

I am using yahoo. chat with yahoo that is my internet source and when I am out of Google chrome and on chat the page converts back to welcomr within five minutes I went into tools and maintenance and changed things for a longer period of time for when the pages should change but it has not solved the problem

Let me see if i am understanding your setup and what you are using...

Do you mean you are using yahoo browser and you are using the yahoo chat on that browser, the browser reverts to the welcome page and you lose the chat room? Is this what is happening to you?

I don't lose the chat room it comes back when I press welcome it is just getting annoying that it reverts back every 5 minutes I have run a scan from norton and it says that I donot have any virus's but I think I might I need to resolve this issue before I go nuts

What is the computer model you are using and the web browser? I am still not sure if I am understanding what is happening to you...sorry for that!

What welcome page? Can you take a printscreen of what is happening and upload it to the forum?
