First off what O/S are you running ?
Second I would recommend going to http://pcpitstop.com/ and running 'overdrive" you will need to register, takes a second no scams etc, great site been around for 20 years. Run the overdrive it will test entire system in a few mintues and provide you with problems with your system and solutions. I have been using this for years and run it once a month. It only downloads a tiny app nothing to worry about.
As far as a reboot disc make it on a flashdrive not a cloud, better to have this available physically
