HP Pavillion S3215.uk spdif sockets on motherboard??

Hi guys, im hoping someone can help me, ive got a pavillion s3215.uk which is a slimline desktop, ive just stuck a Gigabyte Geforce 8400gs in so i can connect to hdmi tv and im having trouble linking the audio from the motherboard to the graphics card. the only free socket i can find on the motherboard is SPDIF_OUT2 which is a 3 pin connector, the cable that came with the card only has 2 seperate plugs labeled SPDIF and GND. ive tried finding a cable to suit and googling all the answers to this problem and im hoping someone can help me PLEASE!!!
