Remote doesn't work in my HP HPE Elite 330

I've just bought a new computer : http://bit.ly/aivVlj

My remote dosen't work : no infrared signal.

Cannot use Media Center or change volume...

Of course I've put cells inside ! I have only a red light on a remote, but no action.

The infrared receptor is near the SD slot on the unit.

Tried to look at the eHome driver with no luck.

Any help ?

Hi,

Your PC is under warranty so you should contact HP support.

HP's support number is 800-474-6836 or 800-HPINVENT or online here.

You might try opening up the PC and look to see that all the cables are attached.

I've got a new one with the warranty, still don't work...

I asked for a refound to buy another model.

Think it's a serial /design issue.
