Switch mute and on

Hello, I have a very annoying problem in my computer, mas sound is switching on a off automatically I don't do anything and the sound switch to mute, or the other  way. I already remove a reinstall the hp quick buttons drivers, and the problem wasn't solve.
Please someone help me

Hi,

This may be worth trying.  Shut down the PC, remove the AC Adapter and then remove the battery.  Now hold the power button down for a good 30 seconds.  Replace the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and start the PC.

I did what you told, but the problem still remains, I uninstalled the quick play buttons drivers again, and I suppose that the quick buttons stop to work at all, but they are still working and that mute problem still remain, I may start to think that is a hardware problem, because sometimes happen the something with the play button.

Hi,

Try downloading and installing the latest software installers for:

Quick Launch Buttons

Sound driver

Here is the Link for your PC software.  Just choose your Operating System from the dropdown box and click Next.

Restart the PC after installing these drivers.
