cant find audio driver for 3412TU

please help me..i cant find right audio for 3412TU...

plus i'm having prob with audio..even i plug mic n headphone,stil can hear sound...

when i'm in mute, still can hear sound too..help me pls...thanx...

forgot to tell ya my operating system is window xp...

the link that u gave me was for window vista..

so i really need driver audio for 3412 TU   window xp.

if i'm having prob with sound like when the laptop in mute, suddenly it will be loud music or sound can be heard from laptop when i plug in my headphone eventhough it is in mute .

my second problem, even i have plug in my mic n headphone still the music cn be heard from the laptop speaker...

really need help...

Hai..thanx for the driver....i've got it...for the info, i'm using window xp

but stil i had problem to install it..it keep repeating the same error message  "driver installation failed:could not fond MEDIA device for this driver"

so waht i have to do???

I just did some "googling" and found someone who sounds like they went through the same error as you. Here is a link to the thread where the user explains how to work around this error to get sound working:

Your model uses XP drivers from V3000T. Install Intel Chipset Utility first and reboot before other drivers. For audio,MS UAA with a reboot before Conexant.Others can be done in any order:

After installing Microsoft UAA driver from V3000t, if the Conexant still gives an error,check in Device Manager under System Devices to see if MS UAA installed properly.

There should be a listing for Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio.

If not,you should have a PCI with yellow!.Right click it and Update Driver,No to Connect,No to Search and last Install Automatically.
Reboot to check status.
