irritating sound AFTER bootup

Hp 100 Product # XZ846UT#ABA  computer has pulsing sound  AFTER bootup and screen blinks. Sound like drump drump drump. computer only 3 months in service

hello I have a similar problem with one yr old pavillion62 but no screen blinking I'm thinking it may be dust on fan???

I'm going to clean it if you get any info pls repond thanks adele
