I am trying to do a factory restore on my HPE-175z but am getting error code:0xe0ef00e when using the discs or the recovery partition.
What is the solution

Hello COXW, You might want to contact HP Support at this Link , and see if they will send you a new set of Recovery Restore disks for your system.

The hdd may be failing. Try running the short and extended test in BIOS:
