I need a Windows Vista disk to get a desktop Pavilion computer to work as it says the registry has a missing entry. No disks were supplied with computer and there appears to be no recovery partition. Tried all the F11/F10 etc things. How can I get a set of disks to repair Windows Vista? I live in the Netherlands and bought the computer there.

Jelly,
Making multiple posts in different forums does not help. It's either 1 post you follow, or chaos prevails.
What model? Does it boot-up, or fail? Have you tried a restore point weeks prior?
Disks can be ordered here:http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam
Now before you cry foul, just order the DVD's from the UK vendor, and have them mailed to NL. At least it will be in English.

PS--You can render both Solution and KUDO
