How to load backup discs after Sys Recovery.

HP Pavilion a6314f Desktop PC Windows Vista 32-bit

 

Hello, I did a system recovery, because I couldn't go to the login screen  and i have 7 back up discs now. How do I reload the back up disc to my computer?  I just want to recover my old information that was on the computer before I did the recovery.  Please help! Thank you in advance
