Need Recovery Discs for HPE 088d

My pc is corrupted. I need to reformat my pc to its factory setting. I have lost the recovery discs, and recovering using F11 does not work. I have tried emailing HP that they keep telling me to contact the local support. We do not have local hp store here. What can I do?

I've sent them email and they told me to try the steps in HERE

I did as suggested but to no avail. Thus my last hope is to buy a new recovery discs for my HPE 088d. As you have stated, my computer was originally sold in Singapore but I have bought it from a retailer here in Brunei. I asked for their help on this matter but as you can see. I am here  

However I have not been able to find anything on the site (including HP Singapore) regarding on how I could buy the discs for HPE 088d.  So Im still stuck here
