System Recovery disc part i & II are having some files that appear to be corrupt. I need new Disc.

System Recovery disc part i & II are having some files that appear to be corrupt. I need new Disc. where can I get it as my PC is out of order for last one & a half month.My PC is Pavilion 7360 IN XP media Centre edition that I purchsed in April 2005.

Hi,
Contact your country support team , and ask them for Recovery Media. If they have it in the stock then you need to purchase it,

Hello DrVikashShukla, It appears the HP Recovery Restore disk are not available now for your system.
Here is the link for the software/drivers for your system and it shows there are no Recovery Restore disk available.
Most of the HP system released earlier than 2006 do not have any Recovery Restore disks available.
You might try restoring the system, by tapping the F-11 key when the HP Logo appears, or the F-10 key. Some systens use different keys to access the HP Recovery Restore Utility.
