Hello

I have a HP touchsmart 300 with Windows 7 that will not boot up I have tried everything I know to do ...I try with the recovery disk and nothing, please help!!!

What is the exact model of your computer and what do you see on the screen when you try to boot it?

Do you have any message popping up?

Service is the lifeblood of any organization.

Is a HP Touchscreen 300 - 1020

 

when start the computer forze on the screen when is coming the windows logo, and nothing happen, I try to use the repair CD, and just stay for hours and nothing, I don't have the recovery CD, and at this point I am not sure that could help.

 

Any advice???

Did you try to start in "safe mode" pressing F8 before the windows screen?

As far as I can tell, you have an issue with windows so far and recovery disk would help.

Do you have any other media you could boot from and with enough space to backup your files?

Did anything special occur before you face this issue (such as power failure, etc.)?
