my PC crashed and it wont work even with the recovery disc

windows vista 32-bit  

 

it just stop working i order the recovery disk and still wont work 

 

parts#   5092-5959 vista home premium 71NAv3PcA3+

              5070-3830 vista home premium-base 

              5070-4193 CTO-Vista Business Supplemental

Hello alex103, You might try to boot the system and press the key to run the hardware diagnostic test and see if you can confirm a hardware failure.

 

My suspicion is the hard drive may have failed.
