password reset for passport password keeper

Setting up new computer hp pavilion HPE thought I was storing passwords in a file for password protection and forget to record password for password keeper and now can not open my desk top because it has been password protected and I do not have password to open...

i dont have a password recovery disk and cannot get into my desk top . how can i fix this
