Omen HP 870-124na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have just purchased the Omen HP 870-124na and from the description given at the point of purchase I was told I could connect more than 1 monitor.

However in the display settings it doesnt seem to be connecting to HDMI 1 or HDMI 2?

Not sure how to connect the screens any help would be most appreciated

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Before trying a monitor as an additional one, I would first confirm that BOTH the monitor and the video cable work.

So let's label things as your Primary Monitor and cable, and your Secondary Monitor and cable.

Swap monitors and cable, rebooting as needed, with only one monitor connected to confirm that both monitors and both cables work.

Once that is done, then read through this thread about connecting additional monitors in Win10:  http://www.windowscentral.com/how-connect-and-set-multiple-monitors-windows-10

Good Luck
