I have been using Turbo Tax for the last four years in doing my taxes, but when I tried to download the program this year, an error message comes up stating "Net Framework".  What is this and how can I fix this problem.

Microsoft .Net Framework is needed for some programs to run properly.

4.0 is the latest version.

Please help me net framework error 3.5. I have tried almost everything but nothing is working for me. Should i reinstall windows?
