Product: All in one touch 22 pc, bo13w

PC won't turn on after I hooked it up and  hit on button.

Thanks, all cords are connected but still won't come on.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Be sure all the cords are plugged in correctly, and if using a power strip be sure it's turned on.

 

Press and hold the power button for a longer time, maybe 5 - 10 seconds.  See if it turns on.
