Re: change password

Hi pxsegers: Open control panel OK. If you have not done this yet. We are going to switch your view so you can find stuff. Right now you are probable seeing 8 icons in control panel window. Do see the word Category ?  I want you to click on it. List drops down I want you to click Large icon. The window has just change now you can see everything in your control panel. Go down the list and click on User Accounts. New window changed. Click on (Change your password) written in blue. Follow the directions given in following window. You are all set.

Re: change password

Hello nevdowell:

I got the same message also just enore it. Your new pass word was created but be on the safe side create a guest account also should it have failed. Don't worry you can still excess your files form guest account that is in your sign in account. You will see users accounts Plus you can navagate through out C drive. In guest account. If you your new password took just delete guest account.  Why it says it says it is beyond me.  It is not microsoft but HP's garbage they did with their software.  I hope this helps both listers.  You are both welcome frrw.
