how do you turn off the pop up blocker

Trying to view a document to download nd is telling me I need to turn off pop up blocker.  Using google chrome to access it

Hi,

Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of browser:

Click on Settings and at the bottom of page click on advanced settings. Now click on content settings:

Now scroll down to Pop-Ups and choose the settings you want. It is usually a good idea to block pop-ups, but I have seen some sites which refuse to play videos if turned off:

Thank you David! You're a lifesaver. Been trying to get a legal document with a deadline pulled up and printed for days! Of course it's only available online. FYI I'm a grandma that has decided to go back to college after 21 yrs and my computer skills are from the dinosaur age so I'm struggling. I did get a 4.0 last semester...24 credits in so I figured it's time I tackle this computer thing to make things a little less frustrating for me. I really appreciate your help.
