I have this monitor and haven't had any problems with it until now. It started with flicking to a black screen with a white box that says Aut Adjustment in Progress and it would do it every 5-10 seconds. It is almost impossible to look at anything.. It still allows me to type, since I am doing this right now as it continues to flick screens. Then the volume just started going up and down and is in the middle of the screen. It keeps going back and forth between these two things and my original screen.. I've tried updating it, unplugging it, restarting it, and changing the output from HDMI to VGA. Now it won't even let me open the menu on the monitor, it just selects things for me. Please help, I need to use this computer!!!!

Hey Jordan and anybody else that has Jordan's problem....listen up!!!!! I had the exact same problem as you described and searched everywhere to no avail. HP wanted me to pay up as I am out of warranty. Understandably,....but....drum role..........................take you're right middle finger, press it back with your thumb and take aim at the MENU button on your HP w2207....then flick the heck out of it and viola, it's been working ever since. Hold you applause please...please...no ...really sit down..get to work!! Hope this helped you!

My hp w2207h monitor brings up the main menu box and then goes black and shows a box that says no input signal. Then the screen comes back and shows a box at the top of the screen that says monitor status and does this every five seconds. Can someone please help?

Check your cable connections and make sure that the cable in on tight and straight.
Get the latest monitor driver for your operating system.
Try this setting change for NVIDIA HDMI color issues. From the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to "Adjust desktop color settings" under "Display". Change "Digital color format" from RGB to YCbCr444.
