HUAWEI TECHNOLOGY MSM NO DRIVER AVAILABLE

I need help installing the driver for my cell phone.  The Huawei does not work.

I have a windows 10 and have the phone plugged into my laptop.

I also activated the blue ray for the laptop but not sure it was recognized.

There is no driver to download  I tried and tried to have the computer search etc

Hi,

Have you tried installing HiSuite:

http://consumer.huawei.com/minisite/HiSuite_en/index.html

Go into settings>advanced settings>security> Permit Hisuite to use HDB

Thank you, I have windows 10 and it does not seem to be working 

I went into advanced settings but do not have those options

My phone is connected by blue tooth and the device is recognized

The problem is that I get an error message saying there is no driver and when 

I try multiple times to download it, it does not work.

I was trying to download some pics from cell into laptop.

Oh well not that serious but if you know a good link to download the driver for windows 10 that is trusted

Have you tried attaching the phone with USB cable and using the program Hisense to see if the phone is recognized by your PC?

my cell phone was plugged in and synced with the blue tooth software, however, it cannot work because there is no driver.

i try to download it and it does not work
