Folks, to get the touchscreen to work, all you need to do is Activate the Windows 8 OS, install all the optional, recommended, and important drivers from Windows Update, reboot, until it returns Your PC is up to date.
Note: The NextWindow Touch driver is already on Windows Update.

That's really frustrating, buying a new OS, own a 6 month old computer and not having things work normally....
Can any user put the drivers online ? Sorry to ask but I spent all my week end trying to make the touchscreen work...
Thank you !

Do you have any yellow bangs in Device Manager for the Touch Screen?
If you don't see any yellow bangs, it means all drivers are installed.
Have you activated your Windows 8 and rebooted?

Allright !! ! ! ! ! I found the solution guys, I just uninstalled the graphic card driver, the screen turned off and on.
I rebooted my computer and the system reinstalled the graphic drivers. Now it works !
A weird problem but soooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy the touchscreen is enabled !!!!
Thank you so much for your responces and your help !
If anyone have any question I'm here for you !

Congrats to all who made it work!
I am selling my 520-1050.... because I gots me one of these:
I like the unit overall (I miss the blue ray though) I am ganking the keyboard from the old model as it is a better design in my opinion. I am selling the old one to my brother-in-law so he won't care. The edge to edge glass is an AMAZING feel and REALLY makes navigating Windows 8 a dream. You HAVE to try one of these at your local computer retailer. We had 6 of these on Friday for the Windows 8 launch and sold through all of them within 8 hours.
