I have a Pavilion 763n and would like to run Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit version. After running the Windows 7 upgrade advisor, the video card does not support the window 7 Direct X 9 requirement. Does anybody have a recommendation for a new video card for this machine?

Scott, here is a video card that should work for your purpose. Read the Customer Reviews. One of the reviewers makes referrence to it working in Win7. It will not be a barn burner, but you should see some performance gain.
Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend upgrading the memory to 2GB. This is the maximum for your motherboard. It would give you another boost in performance.
HP TouchPad - 1.2 GHz; 1 GB memory; 32 GB storage; WebOS/CyanogenMod 11(Kit Kat)
HP Phoenix 860-170VR; i7-6700K 4.0 GHz; 8 GB DDR4 memory; Samsung EVO 840 500 GB SSD; Radeon R9-390X video card; Win 10 Home
HP Elite x2 1012 G1 Tablet w/Travel Keyboard and Stylus; Core m3 processor; 4 GB DDR4 memory; Samsung 128 GB SSD; Audio by
Bang & Olufsen; Win 10 Home
HP Photosmart 7520 AIO
