Unable to get video from this ada[ter to my screen Exclation point error in device manager. with the folowing hardware. Help need drivers

That device is not that well known. I did find a THREAD HERE and the last poster claims to have found the driver. The thread is not in English but you can see the last post has a link. I did not click on the link, however.
I'm not an HP employee.

Tony, welcome to the forum.
The driver for the USB video adapter is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the device. You should go to there website for help.
