Hello! I seem to have two different issues with my brand new HP ENVY Touchsmart..
My CyberLink YouCam and the volume on my notebook just stopped working. It was working yesterday, and I haven't had this problem before. Please help!

I perceive that you are having an issue, with the sound and the Cyberlink You Cam software on your new computer. I am sending documentation on Webcam Troubleshooting (Windows 8) and No Sound from Speakers (Windows 8). I hope this helps.
