Pavilion Slimline s5220y
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pavilion Slimline s5220y says wireless printer HP Officejet Pro 8620 is not connected to newwork and I cannot print computer document.  Printer configuration page says network status is "ready" and Internet is "connected.  Should I uninstall printer from computer and reinstall printer?  Or what should I do?

Hi,

Try uninstalling the printer and drivers from desktop and reinstalling with the latest drivers wich you can fin online:
