Product: HP Notebook 15-1039wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Notebook and last week after a restart it no longer has WIFI capability. I have to plug in directly to the modum with an ethernet cable. I have gone through the complete trouble shooting process from your website and installed new drivers and it is still not working.

This might be the reason - something turned off the WiFi.  Did you check the WiFi is active?  There is a key to turn it on-off in the area of the last function key.  It has an airplane on the key.

The WiFi might still be OK.
