I recently switched to a new ISP, when connecting to my new wifi on the printer screen, it will ask me for the network name and then wpa2 password for the network. This is where I am having trouble, I am completely sure I know what my network password is as it is my phone number, yet every time I enter it, the printer says that it is the incorrect wpa2 password and to please try again. I don't know what else it can be as I even disconnected my laptop from the network and connected it back in using the same password I attempt to use with the printer. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

  • Did you try to perform a hard reset on the computer?

For starters please perform a hard reset on the printer from this link and perform the steps mentioned in Step 1.

Then please perform a network defaults on the printer by following all the steps from this article. and check if this does the trick for you.

If it does not I will send you steps to perform a semi full reset on the printer that restores the printer to factory settings as a private message. Please keep checking your forum private message.

Hope this helps.  Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Smiley Happy  Please reach out for any issues and I'll be there to assist you.  Smiley Happy
