HP1502
Tried registering device through connect to Internet and entered username password, it keep giving me WAN mini port error. Stating Internet error 651. I have a t mobile broadband device and take it with me everywhere to have access to internet, yet doesn't wat to connect to my desktop.

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

I have a similar setup with a Verizon mobile broadband USB modem -- and it took both the installation of special software, and configuration of special parameters to get it to work.  I had to have a Verizon rep walk me through the steps of setting it up and configuring it.

 

My guess is that T-Mobile is much the same situation -- in that you will need their help in getting it working.  This is not something we can do from this forum.
