HP BD340i

I rarely play blu rays on my computer but I've come to realize that my OS is reading my bd 340i as a DTSoftbusCd00.. is there software update I can download to correct this because I can't find my original installtion cd which included powerdvd 8 and I wasn't able to find anything on the website for drivers for this unit.

Re: HP BD340i

James, welcome to the forum.

You should check in the Product Specifications for the computer to see if there is a firmware update for the drive.
