Hardware BOM On3141100
Software BOM NA62
Internet stopped working. Windows opens 'found new hardware wizard' for the Ethernet controller. --of course, it's not new. Where to find the driver? Is there a copy on drive D (recovery disk)? Or,should I download an upgrade?

If neither of these works you may have other problems.

Nothing worked. Auto Installation Program (SID:1469823), ver. 5.790 told me it could not find the RTL8139.
sp26765.exe announced install successful, but it wasn't,ever after restarting the computer.
Besides, the computer has another (or, is it linked?) problem: Start>Shutdown does not; the computer restarts. I have to force the shutdown by holding the power switch. Does that depend on another driver, to be reloaded?
Shutdown works normally in SafeMode.
Thank you for your help.

According to the specs your board was supposed to have the 8100 network adapter.
If you are getting an error stating it cant find the 8139 card, try this link and install the 6th driver on the list.
Se if the chipset driver fixes the shutdown issue.
