Optical Drive Firmware Updates

The below links can be used to check on firmware updates for many of the optical drives being sold today. CAUTION, there is a slight risk when you update the firmware that the optical drive might become unusable.

When I open Device Manager and click on the DVD/CD drive is shows hp DVD A DH16AAL SCSI.

When I click on the links you provided, nothing listed for that drive.
