My laptop Compaq Presario CQ57 365857 H2 operating sysem is crash. I did not buy laptop with DVD and i can not restore the system from my recovery drive.
How can i restore my laptop to factory setting.

I could ask you a bunch of questions about what operating system you're using, but the fastest solution might be to send you to the Internet. Search for "restore computer without disk." There are a ton of options there. One you might like is:
