HP Elite X3

In the most recent firmware upgrade (2.0000.00.26.0118) The Auto brightness function got much more responsive.

There are two issues though.  The first is the darkest mode that is unreadable (too dark) for example when walking outdoors at night. minimum should be  no less than 10 in my opinion

When attempting to adjust this using the Darkest-darker-suggested-lighter-lightest button in the quick settings panel the are no significant differences when in a dark place.

I would hope this can be fixed in a future update OR perhaps by myself resetting the device. I have previously seen firmeware changes take true effect after a reset only (like the increased brightnes change late 2016)

Anyone know if is is withs the effort to reset for this problem, or everyone else has the same issue?

(Im using a dark theme)

Thanks
