Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

This is not a Tray issue, I have the new Tray with the words UP on it. It did not fix the issue. This is a firmware issue related to BlueTooth. HP called me back to get more details about it. I am assuming they are working on the fix. I have an open Case with them.

Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

I agree with you that it is tied to Bluetooth connectivity. Just received notice today that HP is sending a new phone to me.

Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

Sorry Chris - this is NOT a Tray-Problem. I have a new one, and the problem still exists.

Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

Today there is a new firmware update rolling out.

Version: 0002.0000.0023.0113

I hope this will solve the problem.

I am having bluetooth activated right now, my Garmin Fenix 3 HR is connected.

For over 1,5 hours no disconnect of the SD Card.

Before the update it did not hold for 30 Minutes......

Holding thumbs pressed, that this is fixed now!

Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

I was excited, and my phone just finished the update and rebooted...it is installing with the wheels now. So, I see now that the update does not fix the mounting issue. That suxs

Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

Got the new phone today. It already had the new firmware. Getting all set up again. Put all the apps I could on SD card. Will see if disconnect occurs. Bluetooth on and functioning.

Re: Elite x3 SD card issue

So far things are working. Had a different SD card notice saying storage on card may be corrupt but the card did not disconnect and the notice has not occurred again. This was while I was reinstalling all my apps and reconnecting services during phone setup.
