This is not a Tray issue, I have the new Tray with the words UP on it. It did not fix the issue. This is a firmware issue related to BlueTooth. HP called me back to get more details about it. I am assuming they are working on the fix. I have an open Case with them.

Today there is a new firmware update rolling out.
I hope this will solve the problem.
I am having bluetooth activated right now, my Garmin Fenix 3 HR is connected.
For over 1,5 hours no disconnect of the SD Card.
Before the update it did not hold for 30 Minutes......
Holding thumbs pressed, that this is fixed now!

I was excited, and my phone just finished the update and rebooted...it is installing with the wheels now. So, I see now that the update does not fix the mounting issue. That suxs
