Elite x3

Hello!

I have been using the Elite x3 since November. Last month or so, might be longer, I've been experiencing a lot of missed calls. It seems that often the phone ring signal rings only ONE time during an incoming call and then goes mute. I have been trying to check and change the volume settings several times with no apparent success.  Sometimes a power off and on seems to fix the problem for some time until it happens again.

I use the "Wallet Folio Case", but the above happens regardless if the cover is closed over the screen or not.

I also have difficulties to activate the Clock Alarm, it just doesn't activate any more, even when it says that it's "On" in the Alarms & Clock app.

What to do?  I haven't found anyone posting about the same ring volume problem so far.

Thanks ahead!

Erik from Sweden
