Hello, this is my first time here, and i hope to find a solution to restore files, and folders for my HP G62 Notebook PC.  I'm going to check out the discussion boards, maybe someone here has experienced the same problem.  Thanks for the welcome!

None of the three introductory videos work for me.  They all say "This video has been removed by user." when I click on them.  Not a very useful introduction.  Why not have a text summary of the steps, instead of relying on video that doesn't work?  

I searched your YouTube channel, and also couldn't locate the first video.  

Maybe you need a video that would explain how to find the videos that don't work using YouTube's search function that doesn't locate the indicated videos.

The getting started Videos have been removed. There are no written instructions on how to get started.
