The highlighted area usually appears in small red text under the title bar.  You should be able to post if you remove any words in red from your post.

Hi Sumrgal,

If you want to stop receiving email replies you should unsubscribe to this thread.  To find this setting, click on your name anywhere on the screen, then on the right hand menu, click on the "More Resources" link.  Click on "My Subscriptions" then check the box next to the threads you are subscribed to, and click "Delete Selected Subscriptions" under the Email Subscriptions Options.
