I've attempted to search hp.com for printers, specifically Home Inkjet photo printers, but all the links to your products seem to be broken. Is this site performing maintenance?

Hello movieprop,
Can you post a link here that appears broken for you?
Thanks much,
MrMatthew

I can. Also, my hp 8600 Pro Plus will fail to connect to the web features more than 90% of the time. I am also having some issues with the rear manual feed option for card stock, but that's neither here nor there, I suppose. Here are the links that aren't working for *me* two weeks later.

That's just what I found while trying to figure out where to purchase a *cursed* rear door for my 8600 Pro Plus, so I can use the advertised feature of printing on 110lb cardstock. Thank goodness I'm still within the limits of Staples' return policy. Anything would be better than dealing with HP's legendarily poor customer service lines. I figure I've got a few days left to figure everything out before I have to take it back (wouldn't want to get stuck with it, if it's going to be such a pain).
Anyway, It appears at least, that the mods and admins on this forum do a decent job of replying to requests for help, I just haven't found anyone else with quite my issue yet.

Hello,
Those links seem to work for me. I would suggest trying them again and if they keep giving your problems to try another browser and clear your cookies.
Let us know if that works.
