this is for so called Wendy M. We are not citizens of the world but citizens of the USA where first amendment is part of our constitution. if you try one more time to shut us up and not let us exercise the right to complain about your bad behavior as citizens of the world of hp, we will need to take further action and report your behavior. again, we are unhappy with your customer so called "support".
Personally I wouldn't buy another HP product.

I don't even see a way to complain about their customer service. All they seem to do is have forums re: their products.
So do the terms & conditions say we CAN'T complain about HP on here?
How amusing.

Hello Wendy M (HP Forum Moderator),
Please can you tell me the address of your Complaint cell in UK. I need to send out a letter to yourselves regarding a complaint that is active with HP UK. I only have the complaint reference number and the call reference number. But thats not enough for following up the complaint in future, is it.
My suggestion for you is to open up a new forum section for Complaints cause this forum will receive a complaints from thousands of HP's helpless disatisfied customers. I reckon you will have a business case to increase your staff head count and may be (big may be) able to help us risolve the issues we have.
Many thanks,
Monty

Just read somewhere else on the board that people who moderate this forum are not HP officials. Then mate you need to bail out of this as soon as possible. Else you will be bombarded with the complaints and blamed for all the hardware issues that are faced by millions of dis-satisfied users.
Best of lucks to you chaps.
Monty
